Christina Shadle is a functional nutritional therapy practitioner (FNTP) and restorative wellness practitioner (RWP). She believes in balancing the systems of the body, living a holistic lifestyle, and that you shouldn’t just “deal” with your health when it becomes a problem—and instead take a more proactive approach by learning about your own biology so you can ward off (or lessen) imbalances, sickness, or disease at the first sign or symptom.
